Basic Weekly Services
- Inspection of residence to insure property is secure and all appliances, plumbing and systems are fully operational (flush toilets, run faucets, check for leaks, check refrigerator, check all doors, windows etc.).
- Golf cart as well as vehicle battery to be checked regularly.
- Care for indoor plants.
- Inspect for any water damage.
- Check/forward mail, discard junk mail.
- Admittance of housekeeper for cleaning as needed.
- Set/check heating and air conditioning as appropriate.
- Set/check pool heater if applicable.
- Insure property does not look vacant–sweep leaves etc. from driveway/walk ways.
- Inspect grounds to insure drip/sprinklers are functioning.
